First and foremost, all Praise to the Almighty Allah SWT for His
blessing for giving me the strength and guidance to complete this project. I
would like to take this chance to record my appreciation to those who has
been helping me throughout the final year project. First of all, I am grateful to
University Kuala Lumpur British Malaysian Institute for giving me the
opportunity for taking part in the final year project.

I would also like to thank my parents for their precious support
financially and emotionally throughout the final year project. Other than that, I
would like to thank my supervisor, Mohamad Shaifol Osman for his whole
hearted supervision to me. His valuable suggestion and guideline from the
very beginning of my final year project is very much appreciated. From just a
simple idea, Mohamad Shaifol has taken me to a journey until The
Development of Smart metering has become a reality and achieved
more than my expectation.

Lastly, I would like to thank all my friends for their suggestions,
assistance and supply of information which are valuable and helping me to
complete the final year project. I cannot thank you enough to all that has
